Great Korean BBQ in L.A.

Gui Rim on 6th and Western is perhaps one of the best Korean BBQs in L.A. It hits the sweet spot of quality and price, offering a delicious all-can-eat feast of 14 different varieties of meats and all the traditional Korean sides one comes to expect in Korea Town for a reasonable $16.99.

Having eaten at several other all-you-can eat Korean BBQs in the area, the quality of Gui Rim's meat in distinctly better. It is less greasy, so you won't feel sick after having eaten way more than you should. It wouldn't surprise me if the meat wasn't a little fresher, too. If you want to see something impressive, try ordering one of their ribeye steaks and marvel at the massive hunk of meat that comes your way.

Drink prices are also very reasonable, making Gui Rim a nice place to hang out with close friends well into the night.

There are two things to know before enjoying a dining experience at Gui Rim: the restaurant can quickly become crowded and parking can be a pain to find. Gui Rim is small and very popular, so consider showing up early (around 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm) or going on a week night when there will be less people dining out. Since Gui Rim does not have it's own parking lot, you are stuck with street parking or risking stopping your car at a strip mall at the end of the block. However, if you choose to go at a time that will avoid crowds in the restaurant, parking shouldn't be too hard, either.
